Today is fourth Sunday of Advent, i.e. Rorate Sunday in the Catholic Church. Rorate Caeli is also the name of a blog started by New Catholic exactly 10 years ago. (see here)
I stumbled onto its pages only a few years ago, yet it has made a profound impact on my life. It is the first blog that I visit daily and is one of the primary reasons, Mundabor’s blog and Harvesting the Fruits (AKA Catholic) blog being the other two, that lead me to starting this humble effort.
Without making this post about yours truly, congratulations on Rorate Caeli blog’s 10 year anniversary to New Catholic and the rest of those who post on Rorate Caeli.
Your effort is in the daily prayers of the entire Armaticii family.
Rest assured.
Im just curious. Who is this “New Catholic” who runs Rorate Caeli? What’s his or her background? Any credentials?

Yours is my go-to blog for intriguing analysis, Mundabor’s to put fire in my belly, aka Catholic for daily reminders of the Kingship of Christ, and Father Z for a daily journey through the beauty of the liturgy. God Bless You All!

Yes, Rorate is my “go to” blog for reverential treatment of Christ’s Bride as she is assaulted by evil buffoons of every stripe.
