trump-10-ivAnd just as we foreseen in our last post, the FBI Director Comey’s re-opening of the “unsecured server” investigation is not what it is cracked up to be.

In a post titled In Leaked Memo, James Comey Explains Why FBI Told Congress About Reopened Clinton Probe, (see here) we can read the following:

So in an attempt to justify his actions, a “leaked” memo emerged on Friday evening courtesy of Fox News, which explains why Comey took the unusual step of deciding to inform Congress that the FBI had reopened its investigation into Clinton’s private email server. The memo reveals two main arguments: a sense of obligation to lawmakers and a concern that word of the new email discovery would leak to the media and raise questions of a coverup.

Emphasis is provided by Zero Hedge.

So reading between the lines, what we have is a “preemptive” strike leak re-opening of an investigation to protect again a “possible” charge of a “cover-up”.

Yet the “cover-up charge” is already there, and the “potentially leaked documents” were already talked about in July. Here is that passage: (see here)

trump-10-1

So the new “potentially leaked” docs (more INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE) is nothing new. It was known about by The Donald no later than 3 August 2016. The FBI could have requested Anthony and Cleopatra Huma to hand over this INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE in August.

But they didn’t.

So where is the story here?

Well, the story is in two places. First the FBI personnel are pretty fed up with Mr. Comey. (see here) Here is that text:

This is a story that refuses to go away. Recall the post from earlier this month, Backlash Grows Months After the FBI’s Sham Investigation Into Hillary Clinton, in which we learned:

Feeling the heat from congressional critics, Comey last week argued that the case was investigated by career FBI agents, “So if I blew it, they blew it, too.”

But agents say Comey tied investigators’ hands by agreeing to unheard-of ground rules and other demands by the lawyers for Clinton and her aides that limited their investigation.

“In my 25 years with the bureau, I never had any ground rules in my interviews,” said retired agent Dennis V. Hughes, the first chief of the FBI’s computer investigations unit.

Instead of going to prosecutors and insisting on using grand jury leverage to compel testimony and seize evidence, Comey allowed immunity for several key witnesses, including potential targets.

What’s more, Comey cut a deal to give Clinton a “voluntary” witness interview on a major holiday, and even let her ex-chief of staff sit in on the interview as a lawyer, even though she, too, was under investigation.

Agreed retired FBI agent Michael M. Biasello: “Comey has singlehandedly ruined the reputation of the organization.”

Comey made the 25 agents who worked on the case sign nondisclosure agreements. But others say morale has sunk inside the bureau.

“The director is giving the bureau a bad rap with all the gaps in the investigation,” one agent in the Washington field office said. “There’s a perception that the FBI has been politicized and let down the country.”

So re-opening the closed investigation is a Cover Your Ass exercise for Mr. Comey on one level.

On another level, it takes the pressure off of the FBI to investigate the more serious CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES of the CLINTON CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION that are being provided into the public domain by Mr. Assange and WikiLeaks. (see here)

So all in all, a diversionary tactic.

And here is how your humble blogger predicts this will end:

A couple of days before the November 8 elections, Mr. Comey will close this “re-opened” investigation on the grounds that he could not prove INTENT.

And he will do this right before the November 6th Sunday morning political talk shows air.

PS In the mean time, the VOTER FRAUD is transpiring on a scale never before seen. Here is that story: (see here)

And here is Drudge on the same:

And this is the REAL ISSUE and the OBJECTIVE REALITY.

UPDATE 02:30 29 October 2016

First confirmation of what we wrote yesterday appears. (see here)

Here is the passage from the American Thinker Blog: (emphasis added)

  1. He might be seeking to restore his badly damaged reputation, recognizing that the damage he has inflicted on the FBI is substantial.  Three days ago, American Thinker published an open letter from a retired FBI Agent, Hugh Galyean, that laid out some of the damage Comey has inflicted on the institution he leads.  There is little doubt that this reached many in the FBI family, putting in print what people have only whispered about.  If those silenced voices start speaking out, Comey could face a serious loss of face. In this scenario, he is heading off a staff rebellion, possibly including mass resignations.
  2. Rush Limbaugh today discussed an alternative theory, that by announcing an FBI Investigation resuming, Comey is putting a lid on further attention to Wikileaks. I guess this means that Clinton forces will argue we must wait for the investigation to be complete (after the election) before speaking about what the evil Russians are planting into our politics.
  3. It is possible that something so dramatic came up in the pertinent emails that postponing a public reaction by not announcing the reopening of the investigation would, be regarded as political interference by covering up a smoking gun until after the election. In this scenario, Comey is assuming the evidence cannot be suppressed, and that he would be held accountable after it comes out. This scenario also indicates that we could be headed for a constitutional crisis, involving the possible indictment of a president-elect before an election. Or the evidence being turned over to the House of Representatives for impeachment hearings.
