Today we follow up yesterday’s post titled Defunding The NGO “FrancisChurch USA” Begins!, with post about what happens next!
As you dear readers must know by now, that once a commercial or ecclesiastical entity loses its ability to function, e.g. stops paying its bills, one of two things can happen. Either it asks for and receives a capital injection after some sort of restructuring program is executed, or it goes into liquidation.
The reason that I mention this today, is due to the observable fact that the post-conciliar church in the United States of America has begun to lose one of its main financing sources. This loss is due to the Executive Order signed by President Donald J Trump (love how that sounds…) to defund the “Sanctuary Cities”. In other words, the Trump Administration will “attempt to strip municipalities of federal dollars for shielding illegal immigrants threatens(ing) $2.27 billion in annual funds for the nation’s 10 largest cities”, as per the Fake News Legacy Media outfit Reuters. (see here)
We can also observe (and read in the photo at the top of this page) that a very broad cross-section of the US Catholic Bishops and FrancisBishops did not take this news too well. (see here) The reason being that they are a major recipient of funding from the “sanctuary cities” programs.
Further bad news that needs to be kept in mind is that another source of funding for the post-conciliar church’s subsidiary known as FrancisChurch, is in jeopardy of vaporizing. This funding source comes by way of the “private” Non-Government Organizations, that support the politics of uncontrolled migration and its operational elements, i.e. the Human Trafficking Industry, an industry of which the post-conciliar church is an integral part. (see here)
News of just this fact comes by way of the excellent catholic website Zero Hedge. In a post titled JC Collins: “Canada Must Ban George Soros Foundations Now!”, the author lays out very succinctly the operational elements of this funding source.
To be more precise, what JC Collins does is explain in less than 1000 words, how one and the most likely key player in this NGO sector, i.e. George Soros … shall we say: makes the doughnuts. I will not go into further detail, but the post is a must read to understand the much bigger funding problem that the post-conciliar church and it’s smaller subsidiary the FrancisChurch, is facing. The reason being that sovereign governments have caught onto this racketeering operation and are beginning to rectify it, as per post.
Which brings me to the subject matter of this post. What I have done is provide below, a schema for what EACH AND EVERY PARISHONER, be they Catholic, catholic, “c”atholic or apostate MUST KNOW going forward.
Furthermore, it is critical that all my readers spread this post around to their co-religionists and especially to the clergy. This is essential information since this is what is coming down the road in the newly devolved FrancisChurch USA and the better everyone is prepared for this eventuality, the better one will come out at the end of this process.
Concluding and on a positive note, what I also need to convey to you dear reader, is this: EVERYONE MUST understand that it is the Holy Spirit that is guiding this process. The Holy Spirit has decided that the Great Chastisement is necessary and He is executing it. From our side, the individual Faithful Catholic must be cognizant, as he or shee is working out his or her salvation in fear and trembling, that he or she will wake up one day and be in a new reality. But we know that the “gates of hell shall not prevail”, just as Our Lord promised, which means that we will come out of this just fine.
On an aside, a look into what this new reality will look like, can be obtained from information put out last year by one of the new FrancisBishops appointed to one large, asset rich yet cash poor US diocese, whose surrogates have been desperately sending out solicitation letters for contributions even before The Donald’s victory and even more intensly as I write this. (see here)
Below is the schema of how the FrancisChurch Liquidation going forward will look. I have (annotated) and highlighted the key parts to make it more understandable.
And finally, PREPARE, PREPARE and once again PREPARE because… this scenario above is just as inevitable as 2+2 must equal 4, or as inevitable as the Trump victory in the last Presidential Election!
UPDATE: 04:20 27 January 2017
One reason why I wrote the above post, is to get my readers to start thinking about what the situation could look like for the Faithful in the near to not too distant future. One manner in which to not get surprised by the unfolding events, is to prepare for this eventuality and to be ready to take over (purchase) your parish’s tangible assets from your local diocese or religious order when the time comes.
To that end, one good source that I have just located, where one can obtain information with respect to what the real estate would/could be worth, is the following web site: http://www.loopnet.com/Churches-For-Sale/
So get at it and due your market research!

How to liquidate (wind up) a company (see here)
Introduction
Liquidation (or “winding up”) is a process by which a company’s (diocese’s) existence is brought to an end.
First, a liquidator is appointed, either by the shareholders or the court. The liquidator represents the interests of all creditors. The liquidator supervises the liquidation, which involves collecting and realising the company’s assets (turning them into cash), discharging the company’s liabilities, and distributing any funds left over among the shareholders in accordance with the company’s constitution (or the COMPANIES ACT 1993 if there is no constitution). After these steps have been carried out, the company is formally dissolved.
What are the different types of liquidation?
The law classifies liquidations into two types: voluntary (which is by a shareholders’ resolution) or compulsory (by a court order).
Liquidations are also classified according to whether the company is solvent or insolvent.
Solvent and insolvent liquidations
If the company is insolvent, this means it is unable to pay its debts as they fall due. In this situation there is potential conflict between creditors (those to whom money is owed), as there will be insufficient assets for all creditors to be paid in full.
The law attempts to maintain an equality between creditors, so the assets are distributed proportionately according to the size of each creditor’s claim. However, the law gives priority to secured creditors (those with a charge over some of the company’s property as security for the debt). In addition, a number of rules exist to prevent one or more creditors from gaining an unfair advantage.
Voluntary liquidation (by shareholders’ resolution)
Voluntary liquidation refers to the process whereby the shareholders appoint a liquidator, who is then answerable to the creditors or shareholders. It is not necessary to make any application to the court for this; however, the liquidator may apply to the court for directions and the court has power to remove a liquidator.
A voluntary liquidation may also by commenced by the board of directors if an event specified in the company’s constitution has occurred.
Voluntary liquidation may be in one of two forms, depending on whether or not the company is solvent. If the company is solvent the shareholders can supervise the liquidation. However, if the company is insolvent, the creditors may take control of the liquidation process by applying to the court. The court will require proof of solvency or insolvency to determine this matter.
Compulsory liquidation (by court order)
Compulsory liquidation of a company requires obtaining a court order. This process starts with an application to the court alleging that one or more of the required grounds exist. The application may be brought by the company or a majority of its directors, or by the Registrar of Companies, or by a creditor. Applications by creditors are by far the most important and common.
Applications may be brought on a number of grounds, the most important being that the company is unable to pay its debts. There are a number of factors that the court will take into account when deciding whether or not to make a compulsory liquidation order. The court has a discretion as to whether or not to make the order.
The procedure for liquidation
Broadly speaking, the liquidation process is as follows:
- A liquidator is appointed, either by the company shareholders passing a resolution (voluntary liquidation) or by the Court making an order (compulsory liquidation).
- The liquidator collects the assets of the company (including uncalled capital; that is, amounts unpaid on shares) and pays the creditors in order of priority.
- The liquidator distributes any surplus funds to the shareholders.
- The company is then formally dissolved.
What are the consequences of liquidating a company?
The main consequences of the company being liquidated are as follows:
- The company (diocese) no longer has the power to dispose of its property. (NB: The reason to organize now is to be able to purchase the assets, i.e. parishes, school, other tangible assets at the liquidation sale)
- The company may carry on business only for the limited purpose of completing the liquidation process.
- The powers of the company directors come to an end when a liquidator is appointed.
- A liquidation order operates as a notice of dismissal to all of the company’s employees. Note, however, that if an employee is on a fixed-term contract and is required under this contract to be given a period of notice, then a liquidation order will breach this and the employee will be entitled to damages.
- When an application is made for a court-ordered liquidation, the court may stay or restrain any proceedings against the company as the court sees fit. When a liquidator is appointed, no person can begin or continue legal proceedings against the company or in relation to its property, unless the liquidator agrees or the court permits it.
Order of distributing the company’s assets
There is a hierarchy that determines the order in which a company’s assets must be distributed in a liquidation. (NB: It would be a good thing to identify any creditors so as to be able to negotiate or even purchase their debt (at a discount) during the eventual liquidation sale.) This is strictly enforced by the Courts. Any secured creditors have the first right to the assets and are usually paid out before there is a distribution. After this is paid out, any remaining debts are paid in the following order of priority:
- the costs, charges and expenses involved in the liquidation
- all wages and salaries payable to employees, including holiday pay
- unsecured creditors
- any interest that is attached to any debt (but only if the debt became due before the liquidation process began)
- any debt owed to shareholders of the company, such as dividends or profits
Cautionary notes
- The compulsory liquidation process cannot be used if there is a genuine dispute about the amount of debt owed by the company, because in this type of situation the company cannot be said to have “neglected” to pay.

Kathleen O’Regan,
President Donald Trump has rejected the claim that he’s opposed to Islamic immigration. He declared yesterday that his 90-day executive order is “not a Muslim ban.”
President Trump said: “To be clear, this is not a Muslim ban, as the media is falsely reporting. This is not about religion — this is about terror and keeping our country safe.
“There are over 40 different countries worldwide that are majority Muslim that are not affected by this order.
“We will again be issuing visas to all countries once we are sure we have reviewed and implemented the most secure policies over the next 90 days.”
==============================================================
So much for the notion that President Trump would prevent the spread of Islam across America.
Put simply, for 90 days, President Trump has banned travelers (but not legal permanent residents of America) to America who live in seven nations that are majority Moslem — Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.
President Trump has also banned for 120 days, the admissions of refugees. My understanding is that President Trump has also banned Syrian refugee admissions indefinitely.
Incredibly, President Trump’s bans do not involve Saudi Arabia. That same applies to the United Arab Emirates.
That is bizarre as funding for terrorists is rampant in Saudi Arabia . That applies also to the United Arab Emirates.
Why on earth would President Trump’s ban apply to just seven terrorist (Islamic) nations but not, of all places, to Saudi Arabia?
Saudi Arabia, funds terrorists and the spread of Islam throughout the West.
Anyway, as President Trump made clear yesterday, he welcomes Moslems to America.

Rather than attack me for things I did not say in regard to my supposed desire to allow Islam to trample us, perhaps you would do well to direct your ire at Vice-president Mike Pence.
According to his Twitter account, on December 8, 2015 A,D,, Mike Pence, our future vice-president declared:
“Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional.”
Americans must allow Moslems into the United States, according to our future vice-president. It is “offensive” and even “unconstitutional” to think otherwise, according to Mike Pence.
Kathleen, perhaps rather at me, you should have directed your ire at vice-president Mike Pence.

I think it’s coming much sooner than any of us can imagine. The question is how much of any given diocese’s operating revenue (income) comes from non religious sources.
What I see happening is that we will be able to quantify when a given diocese will become insolvent by observing the rate at which they will start selling their tangible assets and the prices that they are getting for those assets.
This is the scenario that we as Catholics need to be ready for and keep a watch for.

Then there will be the compounding effect of less parishioners donations as they become fed up with being begged to give more and more while at the same time watching their parishes folding up. I live in the Omaha Archdiocese (Nebraska) and we are now going through meetings about the viability of some parishes and how to basically spread the priests out even thinner. Nobody can figure out why the Lincoln diocese next door is booming. I then try to explain to them it’s things like- no Alter girls, no female emhc’s running around,…

Agree. I cut my contributions by 75% a couple of years ago and give the difference to conservative Catholic bloggers. Now our parish is pushing the ‘Stewardship as Our Way of Life’ to try and raise contributions. It should be noted that only 23% of our parish contributes to the yearly diocese fund drive. Like everything else folks will only pay so much for a mediocre product. The focus in our parish is on activity not on spirituality. Folks can find activities anywhere.

If you need any more ammo, just let me know. I will direct you to the right sources. And these sources are secular so your adversaries cannot claim that they have a Traditionalist bias.
If these are reasonable people and you can dialogue with them, I think we can turn them around. If they are just ideologues, then any dialogue is a waist of time. But you will know soon enough.

Hello.
S.A., please define a few terms that you employ. What is FrancisChurch? What is FrancisChurch USA? What is a FrancisBishop?
I have FrancisChurch and FrancisBishop employed on other blogs. However, I have never encountered definitions of those terms.
Thank you.

P.S. Let us pray that America converts to the Culture of Life. Let us follow Pope Francis’ lead in supporting pro-life marchers and advocates who defend and promote the Culture of Life.
Let us spread the message that Pope Francis refused last week to stand with the left-wing Women’s March on Washington. Instead, Pope Francis stood with the holy March For Life.
Washington D.C., Jan 27, 2017 / 12:00 pm (CNA/EWTN News).- Pope Francis offered his greeting to participants at the 2017 March for Life in Washington, D.C., assuring them of his prayers and imparting his Apostolic Blessing upon all present.
In a papal telegram from Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Holy Father thanked the marchers for their witness to life.
“Pope Francis sends warm greetings and the assurance of his closeness in prayer to the many thousands of young people from throughout America gathered in the Archdiocese of Washington and the Diocese of Arlington for the annual March for Life,” the message said.
“His Holiness is profoundly grateful for this impressive testimony to the sacredness of every human life.”

S. Armaticus,
I believe that we must consider carefully the notion that would cut federal funding to sanctuary cities. We must consider the dreadful impact that that would have upon our needy brothers and sisters who depend upon that money for assistance.
As Catholics, Jesus Christ commands us to feed, clothe, and care for each other. That command applies in a special way to God’s needy ones.
Holy Mother Church commands us to gather around our bishops. He who hears the Vicar of Christ, Pope Francis, and the bishops in communion with Pope Francis, hears Jesus Christ.
Therefore, we need to open our hearts and minds to our bishops as they speak to the issue of protecting God’s poor and vulnerable children who rely upon federal funds that go to sanctuary cities.
As Catholics, we also must consider the following from Pope Venerable Pius XII:
EXSUL FAMILIA NAZARETHANA
Apostolic Constitution of Pius XII, dated August 1, 1952 A.D.
“The émigré Holy Family of Nazareth, fleeing into Egypt, is the archetype of every refugee family.
“Jesus, Mary and Joseph, living in exile in Egypt to escape the fury of an evil king, are, for all times and all places, the models and protectors of every migrant, alien and refugee of whatever kind who, whether compelled by fear of persecution or by want, is forced to leave his native land, his beloved parents and relatives, his close friends, and to seek a foreign soil.”

I don’t know if you are well intentioned or not, but you are clearly an apologist for Pope Francis, as I have seen you do on other blog sites.
Americans, Catholics, Christians, are under no compunction whatsoever to allow their nations be taken over by invading hordes of Islamists. In fact, history and simple observation tells us all that this would be a fatal and foolhardy decision. Where Muslims live, trouble follows, in particular for the non-Muslim population. Apparently, for people like yourself, there is no evidence that will convince you otherwise, I shall not waste that time. Suffice to say, Americans have woken up from their stupor (thank God) and realize a few things.
We do not wish to be relentlessly attacked by Muslims in our homeland.
We do not wish to have the United States succumb to Sharia Law nor Islamism.
Muslims have large families, by demographics alone they will take over Europe. It is a “done deal” already. This is why they say they “will take over by the long sword, or, the short sword”. (Lovely sentiment, no?)
President Donald Trump represents how a majority of Americans think and feel, even if they are too afraid of tyrannical Marxists to say so publicly.
The Catholic Church, in the USA the USCCB, has turned it’s back on Catholicism, and now is a major promoter of FrancisChurch and thereby, Marxism.
Apologists for Marxism, the neo-Bishops, FrancisChurch, and Socialism are enemies to the faith, and to our democratic Republic, whether or not they know it.
We are lifelong Catholics. We would rather see the church disappear in America than continue to witness the decimation and assault on our church by godless Marxists.
We DISAGREE with the USCCB, and the “push” by our local parish, to guilt us into taking in more immigrants especially Muslims. Enough of this madness! Thank GOD we have elected a man who will pull the plug on this insanity. Defund the church! Do it now!

Had you read my comments carefully, you would not have posted the comments that you offered.
1. I noted simply the True Church’s teachings, as offered by Pope Venerable Pius XII:
That is not my teaching. That is the teaching of the Catholic Church, as offered by Pope Venerable Pius XII.
==========================================================
2. As His Holiness Pope Francis has noted, while the Church teaches that we are to treat an émigré/refugee with Catholic charity, that does not mean that a country doesn’t have the right to control its borders.
Pope Francis has recognized that a nation has every right to protect its borders. Pope Francis has recognized that a nation has the right to control immigration.
3. Your comments about my supposed attitude toward Islam are bizarre. It is utterly impossible for anybody to have read into my comments the notions about Islam that you attributed to me.
Your comments in question about my supposed willingness to permit Islam to trample us are preposterous.
Pax.
