Today we re-publish a post that appeared on the pages of the Regina website. The post contains an interview with Edward Pentin, the Vatican watcher and reporter for the National Catholic Register.
The reason that I am reposting this interview is that it contains REAL NEWS. Mr. Pentin has been the BEST sources of REAL NEWS coming out of the Vatican since the beginning of this pontificate.
With respect to the interview itself, what is of importance is that Mr. Penten confirms earlier information about the position of the Roman Curia pertaining to Francis’ Joy of Sex document. If you recall dear reader, in our post titled Satanic Council – The End Game w/Updates!, we learned from Bishop Bernard Fellay, the Superior General of the SSPX the following information:
And here you have to understand something, which is very, very interesting. The excesses of the present pope have caused a startled reaction. It’s open now. It’s no longer hidden, or let’s say for people like were hiding themselves, no you have cardinals, you have bishops who have openly contradicted these new tendency, this new tendency of hitting the morals and even the doctrine. We have counted that there are between 26 and 30 cardinals who have openly attacked these modern positions. And numerous bishops. They say that to the point that we have lost the monopoly on the contestation of the protest, til just a few years ago we were the only ones to state publicly these (to be) wrong. Now as they say, we have lost the monopoly of these attacks
I cannot stress enough the significance of the above information.
What it is telling us is that there is an open revolt among the Curia and College of Cardinals against Francis’ teaching.
Hold that thought.
So now we go over to the below Pentin post where we can read the following passage:
REGINA: What reaction to the dubia do you see, on the ground in Rome, from your Vatican contacts?
Edward Pentin: The reaction has been interesting so far: almost all the College of Cardinals and the Roman Curia have remained silent, neither supporting the cardinals, nor, more importantly, coming out in support of the Pope and his decision not to respond. If silence is taken to mean consent for the dubia, then one could therefore argue that the vast majority are in favor of the four cardinals. That can only be speculative of course, but it could conceivably be true as for months one has heard from one significant part of the Curia that they feel great unease about what is happening. The phrases “reign of terror” and “Vatican martial law” are frequently bandied around.
The inference here is that it is an OBJECTIVELY TRUE statement to say that the overwhelming majority of the College of Cardinals and the Roman Curia support the 4 Cardinals and the Dubia. Or looking at it another way, we can count on our fingers the Francis supporters, or the group that your humble blogger has labeled the Coprophagians.
This new Pentin information confirms that information that we have obtained from Bishop Fellay. And more confirmation can be discerned from the following PENTIN TWEET:
And given the Bp. Fellay/Ed Pentin information, it would appear that the FrancisHeresy is so unpopular that Francis has to personally ask the Coprophagians to attack the 4 Cardinals and the Dubia.
Aside, please note the following in the introduction paragraph:
Now, rumours are swirling that the Pope is unwell, and one British journalist has even called for his retirement.
This is odd since a few days ago, I came across a post that claimed Francis is very well, and hasn’t felt better since he became bishop of Rome. I will link HERE once I find this source.
I will have more to say on this in a follow-up post. (with emphasis and added emphasis)
And now, the post… (see original here)

An open letter to Pope Francis
By Randy Engel
“The term “coprophagia” pertains to the actual act of eating excrement. Both paraphilias are commonly associated with homosexual behavior and are a regular feature of homosexual pornography.
That a bishop should so glibly refer to such disgusting and perverted practices in a public interview clearly indicates to me that you are not unschooled in the ways and dangers of sexual perversion, and hence, have no real need for me to instruct you on the perversity of homosexual behaviors, nor on the grave necessity of combating the Homosexual Collective and other forces of organized perversion.”
Read the whole thing, it’s well worth it.

Now something makes sense to me Cardinal Napier coming out in defense of Pope Francis’ response (or non-response) to the dubia. It was in response to Pope Francis’ directly asking various allies to defend Amoris Laetitia and to attack the dubia and the 4 cardinals (Ed. Pentin’s tweet above from a ‘reliable source’.
I came to the conclusion sometime back that Cardinal Napier is a “company man” – and so it does not come as a shock to me that he has come out in favour of Pope Francis. …

Bishop Fellay has done very little in the way of criticizing Amoris Laetitia.

No he hasn’t, but then again, it’s not his fight.
I would just add the word “publicly” to your observation. In the chapels, the SSPX priests hammer it hard. Or at least the ones where I attend.

Given this exchange of mine [cf. http://www.onepeterfive.com/bishops-enter-war/#comment-3032593521%5D with Mr. Steve Skojec, Founding Publisher of OnePeterFive, I would counsel all to distant themselves, like yesterday, from the SSPX/The Trads and their position.

Anyone that thinks Bishop Fellay has done little or nothing to attack AL has obviously not spent much time on the Society websites, DICI, or listened to the good bishop’s sermons/talks.

Where is the Catholic Cardinal Trump to vigorously denounce Pope Francis? My guess is the Cardinals are waiting for Pope Francis to “hoist (himself) with his own petard”. They are probably right doing this. This is the time for patience.

Hi:
Don’t be too rough on Benedict.
If you read Louie Verrecchio’s last post (link below), you will see that the resistance is organized. BXVI is playing his part (if you have been following my blog you would have noticed this).
I think that BXVI will eventually emerge to restore order. Provided that he lives long enough, of course.

Thank you for this in depth interview with Edward Pentin! You are correct, he is one of the most honest and trustworthy journalists in Rome.
Make no MISTAKE, faithful Catholics, be they clerics or laity are at war with this Bergoglian Papacy. The Pope’s latest rant in regard to ‘copraphagia’, which I had never even heard of before now, is evidence that there is an evil derangement going on with him, be it spiritual or mental. Such vile disgusting concepts cannot come from a sound mind, or sound spiritual life, and as I understand it, this is the 2nd time he has referred to this vile act, once also in 2013. We must keep him in prayer, he is in desperate need of prayer and quite possibly of deliverance from evil influence of some sort. Such things do not come out of the mouths of sound men, much less from their thoughts.

It is truly amazing. It is as Francis has no sense of rhetorical decorum. , to put it mildly.

I think that Jorge Bergoglio is a shallow man, who fancies himself insightful, and a very proud man convinced of own humility. He truly believes himself a Christ-like champion of the downtrodden. even if he uses murderous, anti-God communist ideologies instead of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Jorge Begoglio lacks the wisdom and humility to see that opposition to him is not necessarily a lack of concern for the disadvantaged, but often – a profound concern for them stemming from a heart and mind faithful to Jesus Christ. Jorge Bergoglio is willing to adjust the Word of God to his own vision of man, which really isn’t even his own. He spent a lot of time with the poor in South America, He made promises to them and to himself, to never abandon their cause, even if many peoples around the world, whose “realities” he doesn’t know or understand, will be hurt by his agenda.
Jorge Bergoglio is more concerned with the material needs of men, than with the spiritual. He attempts to make the Law of God relative, dependent on subjective perceptions. At the same time a thing such as “standard of living” is in his mind an objective reality. Jorge Bergoglio fails to look with… discernment at those disadvantaged he thinks he is championing, or he would see that often they do not seek God, but Western “goods” (or gods) made in China or Hollywood,

Agreed. Bergoglio is a materialist. What he can’t understand (low intelligence) is that the Catholic Faith, through its natural order and emphasis on education would do more for the poor than all of Bergoglio’s material help, his “spiritual” drivel and his FrancisMercy which is nothing more than license. He is too thick to figure out that his “teaching” actually works to keep them in their present state and deprives them of the “tools” to pick themselves up and better their and their children’s lives.
The man is truly EVIL!
